Live alerts list showing a skipped step, a missing part and a machine left alone
For manufacturing

Every factory has many problems. Most start at a job done by hand.

Each industry has its own long list. Underneath most of it is the same thing: a person doing a job, and nobody watching at that moment. TrackALL works with the CCTV you already have, watches those moments, and tells your team at once.

Built in Hubballi by Global Solution Makers — making software since 2007.

Find your sector

Ten sectors. Many problems. One thing in common.

No industry has just one problem. A white-goods line and a foundry worry about very different things. But in each of them, the mistakes that reach the customer usually start at a job done by hand. Pick your sector to see what we catch there.

What we track

Man. Machine. Product. Safety.

Your PLC counts parts. Your sensors know when a machine stops. Nothing watches the hands, the parts and the people. TrackALL does — on the cameras you already have.

Man

Our strongest

Many jobs are done by hand: A, then B, then C. If B is skipped, TrackALL raises an alert before the part moves on. Built to balance the line, not to catch anyone.

Machine showing a red tower light with no operator present

Machine

The operator, not just the light

TrackALL reads the tower light and checks if the operator is there. You see real running hours, and the machine left alone on red.

Pass and fail check on bolts for every unit

Product

Nothing missing

An inspector checks a few units a shift. TrackALL checks every one — bolts, screws, wires, cables. All there, it passes. One missing, your team knows.

What it does not check: scratches, dents, colour, fine cracks, faults inside the metal, size to the micron, or how tight a bolt is. We check the bolt is there — not how tight it is.

Person entering a machine danger zone, siren sounding, alert then closed

Safety

A warning on the floor, not in a report

When someone walks into a machine zone while it runs, a siren sounds on the floor. The supervisor gets it on the mobile app at the same time.

Every alert stays Open until someone on the floor fixes it and closes it. The dashboard shows both, so nothing is forgotten.

Why now

The factory floor has changed. The checks haven't.

Four things every plant head is living with right now.

01

Customers want zero defects — and proof.

Car makers now treat a defect-free part as the basic rule. They want to trace how each one was made.

02

New faces on the line every month.

42% of workers in India's organised factories are now on contract, the highest in over 25 years. Every new worker is a new chance for a missed step.

03

Safety is now a written duty.

India's four new labour codes came into force on 21 November 2025. The safety code brings required safety training and protective gear, and safety committees in big plants.

04

Smart checks now fit a mid-size plant.

Falling technology costs have made digital checks practical, not just for the giants. Two in three auto-parts makers are already testing or scaling them.

Find your role

Same cameras. A different answer for every desk.

Director · MD · Owner

One bad unit can cost you a customer.

TrackALL catches the missed step or missing part before it leaves your gate. Many plants? The same check works the same way in each.

Plant Head · Works Manager

Fewer units in the rework bay.

A skipped step is flagged at the station, not at the end of the shift. You also see which stations are short of people.

Quality Head

Check every unit, not a sample.

Sampling misses the one bad piece — the escape. TrackALL checks every unit and saves a video record you can attach to an 8D.

Production Manager · Shift In-charge

Proof your shift ran right.

You know about a missed step while the part is still in front of the worker. At shift end, you have the record.

Maintenance · Engineering Head

Your PLC sees the machine. It can't see who's missing.

TrackALL shows the downtime sensors miss — a finished machine waiting with no operator.

Safety · EHS Head

The warning comes at the near-miss, not in tomorrow's report.

A siren on the floor and an alert on the supervisor's phone, the moment someone is unsafe. Every event is saved.

IT Head

Nothing torn out. Nothing leaves the plant.

Runs on your cameras. One AI box joins your network and connects to your NVR. Video stays on-premises.

Supplier Quality

Know what happens on the supplier's floor between audits.

The 8D gets closed on paper, and the rejection comes back. With TrackALL on the supplier's line, the missed step is caught there.

Dispatch · Logistics Head

What the paper says is what goes on the truck.

Counts what goes into each truck and flags a mismatch while it is still at the bay.

How we work

We see your floor before we suggest anything.

We visit first.

We walk the line with your team and understand the problem. Only then do we suggest anything.

We only do vision.

TrackALL is a camera system. We don't sell PLCs, sensors or other tools.

If a cheaper tool can do it, we'll say so.

If a PLC or a simple sensor solves your problem, use that.

How it connects

From your camera to the alert, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Your cameras

Most jobs work on the CCTV you already have. When a job needs a sharper picture — a fast line or small parts — we fit an industrial camera made for it.

  2. 2

    One AI box

A small box with its own CPU, GPU and memory, built to read video all day. It plugs into your NVR. Your recording stays as it is.

  3. 3

    It spots the problem

We teach it your parts, your steps and your stations, and tune it on your line until your team trusts the alerts.

  4. 4

You get the alert, three ways

On the dashboard, by a siren on the floor, or on the mobile app. It stays open until it is fixed and closed.

Book a demo

Watch TrackALL catch a skipped step and a missing part on real footage.

Best if you want to see it first.

Plan a plant visit

We come to your plant, walk one line with your team, and tell you where a camera helps — and where it doesn't.

Best if you already have a line in mind.

Based in Hubballi. We visit plants across Karnataka, Goa and Tamil Nadu.
