5. Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of fraudulent or erroneous transactions.

- TrackALL provides payroll and attendance management solutions for businesses.
7. Responsibilities

- Users must comply with applicable laws and are responsible for any support or services they provide or receive.

- TrackALL may take legal action or suspend accounts if prohibited activities are suspected.
9. Cyber Crime Reporting
- Users are responsible for handling cyber crimes involving their accounts.
- TrackALL may support investigations but is not liable for financial or investigative burdens.
10. Username and Account Security
- Users must keep their username confidential and notify TrackALL of any unauthorized use.
- TrackALL may suspend or block accounts used in violation of these Terms.
11. Use of Site
